The Southeast Asia Grand Loop is a 28-day group trip for solo travellers aged 18 to 40 across three countries. You start with the temples of Chiang Rai and Chiang Mai, fly to Luang Prabang (there is no two-day slow boat from Huay Xai on this trip) and cross Laos by train to Vientiane, then fly on to Hanoi for a night on Lan Ha Bay, Ninh Binh, Phong Nha, Hue, Hoi An and the Mekong Delta, finishing in Ho Chi Minh City. Comfort
Social hostels and guesthouses, plus a night on the Lan Ha Bay boat and a night at a Mekong Delta homestay.
    Great if you
want to see the best of Thailand, Laos and Vietnam in one booking instead of stitching three trips together.

    Who travels with you

Sarthak laughing as he pets a dog

    Meet Sarthak, your Trip Host

Sarthak's best travel memories come from going solo: hostel dorms, a new activity most days, new cultures and new food. SoloNomads grew out of that.

Sarthak travels with every group, from the first day to the last, so there's always someone on hand to sort things out when plans change and to make sure nobody gets left out.

In every country, a licensed local agency and licensed local guides look after the ground services, so you get local know-how too.
