If you're already travelling with us
If you're on a confirmed trip and need urgent help, contact your Trip Host directly using the details in your booking confirmation, or use the emergency contact provided before departure.
Complaints
If something's gone wrong, tell your Trip Host first if you're still on the trip. We'd rather fix it on the spot. After your trip, email hello@solonomads.com with your booking details and what happened. We'll acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to sort it out within a month.
