We confirm the date once enough travellers have joined, usually around 10.
You then get a confirmation email and an invoice for the full trip price. You pay it by bank transfer, in your own currency, within 7 days.

Before you reserve

If plans change

If the date doesn’t fill, you pay nothing. You can also cancel your reservation for free any time before we confirm the date.
Once you’ve paid, cancelling costs 10% of the price more than 60 days before the trip, rising to 100% inside 14 days. If we cancel a date, you get back everything you’ve paid us.
